Actual runtime depends heavily on several factors, including:

For my runtime test, I started with a fully charged battery and used the trimmer in normal yard conditions rather than a no-load benchmark. This was not a lab-style no-load test. Ergonomics After Extended Use

To evaluate comfort, I used the Craftsman V20 String Trimmer continuously while trimming fence lines, flower beds, and landscape borders over multiple sessions during my 30-day test period.
